This mix consists of Katambora Rhodes, Bambatsii Panic, Biloela Buffel complemented by Burgundy Bean for the legume component. This mix is usually suited to heavy brigalow melon hole country or high clay content brigalow country. The Bambatsi usually does very well as it can handle the water logging of the melon holes. The Biloela Buffel and Katambora Rhodes are used to form organic matter using both tufted and stoloniferous type grasses on the tops of melon holes. The Burgundy Bean will also create high protein as well as being tap root which will create and return nitrogen to the soil.
